Kat works with fear. In the practice you will welcome fear together and take it to the other level. The struggle of phobia can be cured through pranayama - breathing exercise, asanas, proper diet and meditation. Kat also practices Energy Healing, using a blend of Reiki and shamanic practices. She helps to facilitate powerful breakthroughs by clearing blockages around physical, spiritual, relationship, or emotional difficulties.
She practiced meditation with the Forrest Monks in Thailand and continues to practice with the Zen Monks in Upstate New York. Kat is a passionate Ayurveda lover. In her practice, she uses Dottera essential oils. Kat also collaborates with acupuncturists, sound/chakra healers and Jungian therapists.
