In 2004 I went through a mental breakdown after my mother passed away. I was suffering from panic attacks such as agoraphobia, fear of traveling, fear of being in public - you name it. In 2005, I hit bottom and had to stop working to focus on my healing. The path that started in psychotherapy and medication took me to ashrams and temples around the world on a search for meaning in my suffering.
